Easy peasy peach flan, anyone?


A perfect summertime treat and it could NOT get easier! Mix and bake. Easy bake too!


3 peaches, peeled and chopped
200 grams cream
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Liquid caramel

(About half a cup)

Preheat oven to 180
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender except for the liquid caramel.
Drizzle liquid caramel on the bottom and sides of a pie sized pan.
Bake for about an hour or so or until the middle is solid like jello! Mine took about 45 minutes but as ovens vary keep an eye on it!

  1. This is one of your recipes that I did not pin, but rather made immediately. I had a huge, ripe peach just waiting for something like this and I made a half-batch in a 5-inch baking dish for two generous servings. Refrigerated until it firmed up a bit. The flavor is wonderful.

    1. Thank you so much! It is really easy to do! I imagined that flans would be hard but you just have to be flexible with baking times! A little less or more time, depending on your oven! 😊😊😊
