Simple? Yes.Delicious? Yes.Healthy? Yes. Quick.Yes! Ok then, on with the recipe!
Serves 4
600 gr of tuna steak, diced
1 small onion, cut into strips
1/2 of a red, yellow and green pepper, cut into strips
2 – 3 garlic cloves, minced
About 6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Fry the onions, garlic and peppers in the oil over medium high heat for about 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked but still al dente.
Add the tina and fry without moving the tuna around too much. You do not want it to fall apart. Move the frying pan instead.Fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with a dash of sea salt, pepper and soy. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
*I served mine with rice and drizzled a bit of leftover cooking juices over the rice.
* You can also sprinkle a fash of ginger with the soy.
Enjoy! Xxxx Natascha
